Bounce management

Our advanced bounce management system determines whether the bounce is a hard bounce or soft bounce. We automatically mark the hard bounces as such within your list and automatically exclude these hard bounces from being sent on future sends. We continue to attempt delivery on soft bounces until we successfully deliver or receive a hard bounce confirmation. This way you are sure that we're only sending to accurate email addresses on each campaign. You can also merge lists together and Zendmail will automatically delete the duplicates.

Automatic unsubscribe

Contacts who unsubscribe are added to your account's block list, which is a suppression list that automatically excludes them from future email campaigns. You can also merge lists together and Zendmail will automatically delete the duplicates.
